Residential burglary
Columbia, 21044: 10200 block of Hickory Ridge Road, Feb. 9 12:38 p.m.
A male suspect gained entry to a vacant residence without permission through an unlocked sliding door. When confronted, the suspect fled. Nothing was reported stolen.
SUSPECT: male wearing a red shirt, dark pants, and brown shoes, no further description.
Indecent exposure
Clarksville, 21029: Hall Shop Road & Guilford Road, Feb. 9 3:17 p.m.
An adult female reported she was driving at the above location when a male suspect exposed himself to her. Police responded, located the suspect, and arrested him.
ARRESTED: Adlai Lavine, 23, of Rowley Road in Clarksville, charged with indecent exposure
Theft from vehicle
Columbia, 21045: 6700 block of 2nd Morning Court, Feb. 9 8:58 a.m., phone charger
6500 block of Gayheart Court, Feb. 8-9 overnight, three vehicles: change
Elkridge, 21075: 7400 block of Washington Boulevard, Feb. 9-10 overnight, tires
Overdose
Since the Friday, Feb. 9 daily crime bulletin, police responded to three non-fatal overdoses. Narcan was administered in all three cases and the people were transported to the hospital for treatment.
2018 YTD Overdoses:
Fatal: 3*
Non-Fatal: 22
Narcan has been administered in 21 of the 25 overdoses in 2018.
*In fatal cases, some deaths are pending autopsy results for opioids and/or other substances. Numbers may fluctuate.
