Andre Thomas Duffie, 52, of Baltimore, is charged with three counts each of armed robbery and robbery and four counts each of second-degree assault and theft. He is currently being held without bond.
Police responded to three armed robberies at Royal Farms and CVS stores in Howard County on Sunday, May 5. Through investigation, detectives identified the suspect vehicle, which officers located just after 6 p.m. The suspect failed to stop, leading to a low-speed pursuit before he was taken into custody in Baltimore. Police are investigating the possibility he is responsible for recent similar robberies in Howard and neighboring counties.
