Columbia, 21045: Snowden River Liquors, 9300 block of Snowden River Parkway, Aug. 4 3:09 a.m.
Police responded for a business alarm and discovered a suspect entered the business by cutting the locks and stole cash and cigarettes. Police located the suspect nearby and arrested him.
