Howard County Crime: Nine Vehicle Thefts in Two Days from Elkridge, Ellicott City, Columbia, Savage and Fulton

Residential burglary
Elkridge, 21075:
7000 block of Water Oak Road, Aug. 14 6:45 p.m.
A resident reported that a female suspect was in her garage removing items. Police responded, located the suspect, and arrested her. Charges are pending.
