Wine Culture, 7100 block of Troy Hill Drive & Elkridge Auto, 6600 block of Washington Boulevard, Oct. 28-29 overnight
Unknown suspect(s) entered Wine Culture by breaking the front glass door and stole cash and other items. The same suspect(s) entered Elkridge Auto by breaking a window. Nothing was reported stolen. One suspect was located and arrested.
ARRESTED: Fernando Guarte, 18, of Baltimore, charged with burglary, theft, and destruction of property.

Robbery
Columbia, 21044:
6700 block of Martin Road, Oct. 26 3:40 p.m.
An adult male victim reported that he arranged online to buy a cell phone, and upon meeting with two suspects at the above location, the suspects stole the victim’s cash and fled. Police located the suspects and arrested them.
ARRESTED: Yakoob Moore, 25, and Ameen Moore, 23, of Columbia, charged with robbery, assault, and theft

Patapsco Bicycles, 11700 block of East Market Place, Oct. 27-28 overnight
Unknown suspect(s) entered the business by breaking the front glass door and stole a bicycle.

Residential burglary
Columbia, 21045:
8800 block of Goose Landing Circle, Oct. 27 3:32 a.m.
Police responded for a report of a suspect who had entered the residence by forcing open the door. Police located the suspect inside and arrested him.
