Robbery
Ellicott City, 21042:
9300 block of Baltimore National Pike, July 26 6:30 p.m.
An employee reported that two suspects attempted to shoplift and when confronted, one suspect assaulted the employee. One bottle of tequila was stolen; no serious injuries were sustained.

Commercial burglary
Elkridge, 21075: 
Delicias Dayana, 6500 block of Old Waterloo Road, July 27-28
Unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the business through unknown means and stole the cash register.

Elkridge, 21075: 6200 block of Washington Boulevard, July 26 3:15 p.m.
Officers observed several suspects trespassing inside an abandoned business and took them into custody.

Columbia, 21045:
5700 block of Sweetwind Place, July 27-28, airbag
8700 block of Hayshed Lane, July 27-28, two vehicles—airbags
8500 block of Black Star Circle, July 28, five vehicles–airbags

Vehicle theft
Elkridge, 21075:
7700 block of Waterloo Road, July 26 8:30 a.m.
Tow truck, tags MD27655TT
